Outpatient DNA & Advocacy (OPA) is delivered by our Outpatient Advocate.  

All medical appointment information is sent to us by the hospital and other health providers.  The role of OPA is to ensure they make contact with the individual regarding the details of their follow up appointments, and if they need assistance with transport to also let us know as this service comes with transport support.

We connect with all Pacifica outpatients across the different health providers to provide transport and advocacy where needed in Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty.
