This service is managed by our Youth Support Worker, with our Registered Nurse overseeing.
PICTT embraces both pacific and mainstream practices using cultural and clinical assessments to develop a personalised achievable care plan. The Youth Support worker supports and works closely with individuals aged between 12-19 years old, until they are mentally and emotionally resilient.
The service involves workshops, one-to-one discussions and referrals to other programmes. Clinical assessments are also available if needed.
Referrals come through GPs or through our wrap-around services.
